With a production capacity of approximately 40,000 pcs/h, both in traditional and custom forms, the latter designed specifically for the client, this product is quick and efficient to manufacture. By mixing a sauce or sorbet with the ice mass and spinning it, we can cre- ate an original and visually stunning product. our trio technology, combined with chocolate of our own pro- duction and a huge number of additional ingredients, allows us to implement even the most sophisticated of projects for our clients.
